Our Story

Our leadership team started, ran, and built the third largest staffing firm in NE Ohio. After 20 years we sold our company. In 2018 we launched Pivot Staffing, LLC with our headquarters in Canton, OH.

Pivot brings its AI capabilities, client & candidate engagement technology, data analytics, and a robust selection process to the manufacturing, light industrial, environmental services, office, call center, and sales industries. Pivot currently has four Ohio offices located in Canton, Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Oxford along with an office in Detroit, Michigan.

Although Pivot is Ohio based, we keep our national perspective through the American Staffing Association (ASA), our industry trade association. In addition our relationship with other trusted local, regional, and national independently owned staffing firms provides us a staffing network that we can meet your needs nationally.
