Our Story

Our leadership team started, ran, and built the third largest staffing firm in NE Ohio.  After 20 years we sold our company.  Now in 2017 we made the decision to form Pivot Staffing, LLC headquartered in Canton, OH.  Pivot brings its selection process and data analytics advantages to the call center, manufacturing, light industrial, medical, office, accounting, and sales industries.  Pivot’s network of three offices and a database of nearly 22,000 employees position us as an industry leader.

Although Pivot is Ohio based, we keep our national perspective through the American Staffing Association (ASA), our industry trade association and our relationship with other trusted local, regional, and national independently owned staffing firms so that we can meet your needs nationally.  Our leadership team has staffed clients in over 45 markets nationally in the last ten years.

Today Pivot has offices in Canton, Akron, and Cleveland, Ohio.
