  • Pivot Staffing is pleased to announce that we have chosen Essential StaffCare (ESC) to provide a health benefit plan that is ACA compliant and is specifically designed for staffing industry employees. ESC is the largest provider of health insurance and benefits for temporary employees in the United States.  ESC is ten times larger than the second largest provider in their industry. All new Pivot hires will have a 30 day Open Enrollment period beginning on their first paycheck date.  Your premium will be paid weekly through a payroll deduction directly to ESC.  Every new hire must complete the ESC Enrollment Form whether you elect to have benefits or not.  Ask your Pivot recruiter to review the plans and pricing.
  • Referral Bonus – Pivot pays a referral bonus for every person you refer that completes their assignment or their temp-to-hire conversion period.  Ask us about it!
