Branch Manager- Our managers are selling branch managers. 50% of their time is spent developing new business relationships while the other half of their time is spent penetrating existing accounts for new business along with overseeing the recruiting and administrative team.
Account Manager- Oversees existing clients, grows and cements relationships with their accounts. Recruits, interviews, and works with Sourcing Specialists/Jr. Recruiters.
Recruiter- Uses company paid resources, community partners, referred candidates, and internal database to find, phone interview, face to face interview, set-up candidates in our Assessment Center, review results, and ultimately endorse for the Account Manager. Places candidate into jobs and final interviews.
Human Resources/Administrative- greets applicants, oversees onboarding/new hire paperwork process, and performs essential HR/administrative functions.
